Clear display
On your electronic door signs, you can see the name of the appointment organizer, a daily schedule and the current occupancy status for the room. The color coding makes availability visible at first glance.
Ad-hoc bookings on site
You can make spontaneous room bookings on site and delete them directly on the display if necessary. Ad-hoc bookings are thus even more flexible and ensure optimum utilization of your premises.
Easy operation
Using the Flexopus display app is easy and intuitive. Connect your displays or tablets to any room. Then connect the devices with a 6-digit PIN. As a result, all door signs are recorded in the system.
Microsoft Exchange & Google Calendar integration
Room bookings can be synchronized with Microsoft Exchange Online and Google Calendar. For example, bookings made externally are displayed directly via the Flexopus Display app.

ProDVX APPC-10slbe
Flexopus recommends using ProDVX appC-10SLBE displays. The door signs have an official Google GMS certification so that the software can be installed directly via the PlayStore. The 360-degree RGB LED frame can be controlled directly with the Flexopus Display Connect application.

What is the Flexopus meeting display app?
Flexopus provides a software solution for digital door signs in meeting rooms. The displays show bookings, LEDs visualize the room status (red: occupied, orange: pending, green: vacant), and rooms can be booked on site ad hoc. Flexopus provides software and updates for the display app. Flexopus does not sell any hardware, the customer must provide it.

How do I recognize a good meeting room display app?

Does Flexopus also sell hardware?
Flexopus exclusively develops software and uses the existing hardware solutions on site at the customer's premises. The recommended displays are sold by a third-party provider and are not part of Flexopus's service. Supported screens and details of the hardware selection process can be found here.
Where can I buy supported hardware?
Flexopus offers support for hardware inquiries: ProDVX appC-10slbe displays can be requested from us. We will review the request and forward it to Konferenztraum GmbH free of charge, with attractive conditions and possible volume discounts. Alternatively, displays can also be directly connected to other ProdVX Distributors.
Can I also use any tablet?
It is possible to use Android or iOS tablets, but not recommended. Our display app can be installed on Android devices (APK), on iOS it can be installed as a PWA. Specialized hardware such as ProDVX APPC-10slbe meets the requirements of a room display (LED, battery, PoE, always-on) significantly better. You can find more information here.
