How does the Flexopus customer portal work?
The Flexopus customer portal is the central platform for managing your subscriptions and master data. After registration, a demo instance is automatically created, which can be used in full for 30 days. In addition to managing your Flexopus instance (s), the portal also allows you to view and manage invoices, update your payment information, and manage administrative portal users. Especially for larger organizations, the portal makes it possible to set up and manage several independent instances, each with their own admins, for example for different countries or companies. However, there is no booking data in the customer portal. In contrast to the customer portal, the Flexopus instance is the productive environment for managing and booking your workplace resources, such as workstations, meeting rooms or parking spaces.
How can I cancel my Flexopus subscription?
You can cancel your Flexopus subscription directly via the customer portal. In the case of annual subscriptions, cancellation is possible after expiry of the minimum contract period with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled up to the last day of the contract period.
Is there a free demo version of Flexopus?
Yes, after Registering a company account Flexopus can be tested free of charge for 30 days. No credit card is required for this. The demo application includes all Flexopus features without any limitations. Detailed information on configuring integrations and functions is available in our Flexopus Help Center deposited. After 30 days, the demo account will be deactivated.
During the trial period, we recommend that you sign up with our Sales team. Get in touch to get a free online demo of the application and answer your specific questions.
Note: The demo application is only intended for testing and demonstration purposes, but not for an active proof of concept in your company. To actively use Flexopus with your own cards and users, please either book the Flexopus Starter or Flexopus Business plan directly from the Flexopus customer portal. You will then receive a new application without demo data. To book Flexopus Enterprise, please contact our Sales team.
Does Flexopus offer volume discounts or vouchers?
Right from the start, we offer a fair price at a very good price/performance ratio. If you pay annually, there is a discount of up to 20% on the standard price. For enterprise customers, we offer separate discount scales and directly pass on economies of scale.
Which subscription models does Flexopus offer?
Flexopus offers three subscription models to choose from, depending on company size and functional requirements: Starter, Business, and Enterprise. In the Starter and Business package, you can flexibly choose between an annual or monthly subscription. The Enterprise package is only available as an annual subscription and offers additional individual services, such as a personal contact or volume discounts. Upgrades between packages are possible at any time, while downgrades can be scheduled for the next possible renewal date.
What happens if I add more objects during run time?
Should further properties be added over the course of the contract period, there will be a recalculation at the end of the respective contract period - similar to electricity. There are no additional hidden costs.
How is billing done and which payment methods are accepted?
Flexopus billing is transparent and is based on the current number of resources used. If the number of resources increases over the course of a billing period, the costs are calculated on a pro rata basis and billed at the next billing date. Different conditions may apply to the Enterprise package.
Monthly billing: If you have selected monthly billing for the Starter and Business package, an initial setup fee will be charged immediately after the start of the license. The exact number of resources and platform fee are then billed monthly on the first of the month for the previous month.

Annual billing: In the starter and business package, there is a price advantage of up to 20% on the license fee. If you choose annual billing, a small platform fee for the entire year is due immediately after the start of the license. There is no setup fee as in the monthly plan. The number of resources is then always checked on the first of the month and the license fees are charged for them until the end of the term.

Payments can be made by credit card, SEPA direct debit and, for Enterprise customers, on account. All payments are processed in euros.

The monthly license fees are calculated based on the number of resources shown in the tool. A resource is a workplace, a meeting room, or a parking lot. In contrast to many market competitors, the number of users is irrelevant to us. In many cases, this has a positive price effect on customers, as there are generally fewer jobs than users. In our existing customer companies, the rate is 0.5 jobs per employee. This means that the costs are halved compared to billing by user.
