The monthly license fees are calculated based on the number of objects displayed in the tool. An object is a workplace, a meeting room or a parking lot. In contrast to many market competitors, the number of users is irrelevant to us. In most cases, this has a positive effect on the price for you as a customer, as there are usually fewer workstations than users. In our existing customer companies, the rate is 0.5 workstations per employee. This means that the costs are halved compared to billing by user.

Should further properties be added over the course of the contract period, there will be a recalculation at the end of the respective contract period - similar to electricity. There are no additional hidden costs.
