View meeting room details
With the Outlook add-in, users can open a detailed display for rooms to view all configured attributes. Flexopus maps are also displayed in the Outlook Add-In so that meeting rooms can be clearly identified. Cryptic naming of meeting rooms and incorrect bookings are therefore a thing of the past.

Microsoft Exchange Online Integration
Meeting rooms can be linked to Flexopus through Microsoft Exchange Online integration. Use the resource's email address to link it to Flexopus objects. If you manage spatial resources via Outlook, Flexopus can implement bidirectional synchronization thanks to Microsoft Exchange integration.
Bi-directional sync
By linking Flexopus objects to Microsoft resources, room reservations can be synchronized between Flexopus and Microsoft. So it doesn't matter whether you reserve your meeting and meeting rooms in Outlook or directly in Flexopus. Both systems are always up to date, which makes double bookings and different levels of information impossible.
