The Flexopus Outlook add-in adds a graphical interface to room booking in Outlook. Maps and floor plans can be viewed directly in Outlook in the detailed view. Rooms and other resources can also be searched and filtered using the features defined in Flexopus.

Advanced room search
With the native Microsoft Outlook add-in, meeting rooms can be filtered by name, characteristics, floors and capacities with an advanced room search. Select meeting rooms directly from the Flexopus Outlook Add-in.
View meeting room details
With the Outlook add-in, users can open a detailed display for rooms to view all configured attributes. Flexopus maps are also displayed in the Outlook Add-In so that meeting rooms can be clearly identified. Cryptic naming of meeting rooms and incorrect bookings are therefore a thing of the past.

Microsoft Exchange Online Integration
Meeting rooms can be linked to Flexopus through Microsoft Exchange Online integration. Use the resource's email address to link it to Flexopus objects. If you manage spatial resources via Outlook, Flexopus can implement bidirectional synchronization thanks to Microsoft Exchange integration.
Bi-directional sync
By linking Flexopus objects with Microsoft resources, room reservations can be synchronized between Flexopus and Microsoft. So it doesn't matter whether you book your meeting and conference rooms in Outlook or directly in Flexopus. Both systems are always up to date, which makes double bookings and different information statuses impossible.
