Using the Flexopus Outlook Add-in, room booking in Outlook is extended with a graphical interface. In the detailed view, floor plans and floor plans can be viewed directly in Outlook. Rooms and other resources can also be searched and filtered using the characteristics defined in Flexopus.

Microsoft Exchange Online integration
Meeting rooms can be linked to Flexopus through the Microsoft Exchange Online integration. Use the resource's email address to link it to Flexopus objects. If you manage spatial resources via Outlook, Flexopus can realize bidirectional synchronization thanks to Microsoft Exchange integration.
Bidirectional synchronization
By linking Flexopus objects with Microsoft resources, room reservations can be synchronized between Flexopus and Microsoft. So it doesn’t matter whether you reserve your meeting and conference rooms in Outlook or directly in Flexopus.
