Manage offices and locations
Map your locations in Flexopus and group your areas by location, building and floor. Showing and hiding locations depending on authorization as well as the graphical representation in the form of floor plans or floor plans helps users to book workstations, meeting rooms or parking spaces.
Manage floors & floor plans
Combine several floors in one building in Flexopus. Flexopus cards can be managed at floor level. Each floor has its own map with bookable objects such as workstations, meeting rooms and/or parking spaces. It is also possible to display all object classes on one map at the same time.
Objects & Features
The booking of workstations, meeting rooms and/or parking spaces takes place at the property level. In addition to the visual representation, equipment features can also be maintained using a tagging system and information texts can be stored. Are there locations or floors that should not be accessible to departments or individual employees? With Flexopus, flexible authorizations can be granted. Depending on the authorization, access can be granted or blocked - from the entire location down to the individual workstation.
Administrative roles for administration
As an administrator at Flexopus, you can assign employees rights to manage buildings and floors. Location managers are assigned only limited administrative rights. For example: making plan changes, managing attributes and features of objects or creating fixed workstation assignments.
