Microsoft Exchange Online integration
Meeting rooms can be linked to Flexopus through the Microsoft Exchange Online integration. Use the Microsoft email address to link the Microsoft resources to the Flexopus objects. If you manage spatial resources via Outlook, Flexopus can realize bidirectional synchronization thanks to Microsoft Exchange integration.
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
Put an end to managing countless login details. Thanks to single sign-on integration, each team member uses only one access without having to assign their own passwords for Flexopus. The optional SCIM API extensions also allow user profiles to be synchronized automatically.
Microsoft Outlook integration
Using the Flexopus Outlook add-in, room booking in Outlook is extended with a graphical interface, which leads to a significantly improved user experience. Thanks to the visual selection of the desired meeting room, cryptic meeting room names and incorrect bookings are now a thing of the past.
